UK Wide

• Please note that during the festivities, orders received after 12pm 22.12.2021 will not be delivered until 5th January
• Otherwise as standard practice we aim to deliver orders within 3-4 working days from being placed

International Orders

• Our Household Collection can be purchased from Big Green Smile for dispatch to a range of European destinations 
• For all other International queries please contact sales@delphiseco.com to discuss arrangements  
• Note:  We are facing delivery delays out side of the UK.  Please expect delays with shipments of up to 14 days due to customs clearance

Household 

• When purchasing from our Household Collection, orders must meet the minimum order value of £15 and we kindly ask customers to consider the number of items purchased per order. Scroll down to learn more about our packaging and delivery. 

Businesses

• When purchasing from our Business Collection, orders must be placed in case sizes, and meet the minimum order value of £12
• 200ml/350ml/500ml options, case of 12
• 700ml & 750ml options, case of 6
• 2l options, case of 4
• 5l options, case of 2

• Our delivery charges are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout
• 0kg to 4.99kg £5.99
• 5kg to 19.99kg £9.60
• 20kg to 24.99kg £12.00
• 25kg to 59.99kg £15.60
• 60kg to 94.99kg £16.80 
• 95kg to 2000kg £48.00
• Free delivery on orders over £1,000
